You will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years. Your day to day duties will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe participants challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments focus on increasing a person’s quality of life including improving their skills and enhancing their independence. You will develop a plan and implement with training and regular follow up and review

That is why we have four dedicated Learning & Development Managers in the Positive Behaviour Support division who all possess many years of diverse clinical experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications. You will be able to connect with these individuals in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases.
