Based just outside Halifax, this would suit service bias consultants who live in the local area. Offering free parking, a great life-work balance and lots of client interaction without the need to cold sell to them. The role is working in a team environment. The aim is to fill each and every role that is passed to branch via the BDMs who do all the door knocking/opening. Once that client and business is secured you share the bonus for some 6 months and then its retained within the team to develop ongoing business from there, enjoying 100% of the bonus from it. You will therefore only ups-sell and keep in regular contact with the client(s) to gain extra business from them while the BDMs continue to grow the client-base. Managed by the BM in terms of distributing the roles and managing everyone time and expectations, this role offers full autonomy to concentrate of providing the best service possible to your clients.

Working 8:30pm-5pm Monday to Friday. Salary on offer is up to £25k basic however due to how busy the branch is bonus is over £1000 pm! This therefore takes your OTE to £40k level as there are further incentives on offer which will see you earn £12-15K in bonus each year, which is outstanding.
