Job Summary

Orr Cleaners has an immediate opening for a part-time Check-In Clerk and Customer Service Representative at our Strathroy location.

Responsibilities and Duties

The candidate must:
– present him/herself in a clean and tidy manner;
– have excellent customer service skills;
– have excellent attention to detail;
– ability to handle cash and give change;
– computer knowledge;
– have good oral and written skills; and
– a willingness to learn, training will be provided.

This position requires you to:
– communicate with the public in person and on the phone;
– take in customer’s clothes for cleaning;
– complete invoicing, tag and inspect clothing;
– hang clothing on racks alphabetically;
– assist customers by retrieving orders and accepting payment;
– give change and sundry items to laundromat customers;
– complete wash and fold orders; and
– keep store in a clean and tidy condition.
– work some weekdays 1 pm to 6 pm, with the possibility of some Saturdays 9 to 1.
