Job Description:
The position will provide data and technical analytical support for our benefit program strategy and administration including medical, pension, disability, financial and well-being activities. This position will work closely with the European Managers, located in the UK and Switzerland. The individual must be able to work closely with internal and external partners to gather data, provide performance analytics, and understand the overall benefits spend. The position will work closely with all departments in the business and support the HR Operations Center to address employee inquiries and escalations.
1 Responsible for the ongoing research and data analysis for our European benefits.
2 Partner with external benefit providers and brokers, and be able to access vendor self-service reporting tools to extract plan data and develop insights on benefit program spend, service delivery, and design.
3 Work with the Benefit team to review technical and program requirements and implement and proactively identify gaps and opportunities in benefit program and vendor performance.
4 Publish content and update benefits section of the HR intranet and other communication platforms.
5 Support manager in crafting FAQs for internal Service Center. Responsible for performing ongoing audits of administrative processes. In addition, aides in the rollout and training of new benefits processes and changes to existing processes for the Service Center
6 Supports annual benefit audits – provides support to internal and external auditors by providing requested documentation, system review and process, researching and resolving any questions or inconsistencies.
7 Supports Manager in project work, providing necessary information gathering, analysis, synthesis and reporting of government regulations with impact to benefits programs and implement practices.
8 Reconciles and processes the monthly benefit invoices.
9 Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners (finance, payroll, legal, etc.) for filing, reporting and remitting invoice payments.
10 Supporting Manger with general administrative tasks
11 Projects and other duties may be assigned
