THE ROLE

The Origin Graduate Program focuses on the professional development of recent graduates who are able to adapt to the changing needs of our business, providing you with the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice with an industry leader.

It’s a structured three-year program, commencing February 2022, which provides discipline-specific skill development and learning opportunities, including job rotations, mentoring and professional and technical training.The program will give you the opportunity to gain experience on a range of projects, developing your technical and interpersonal skills to become a future people or technical leader.

IS THIS YOU?

We’re looking for talented IT, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer or Software) graduates who work collaboratively, are adaptive to change and are ready to be challenged. You’ll have strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across both office and site locations.

As a high performing recent graduate (within two years), you’ll have a degree in the related disciplines of Information Technology (focus on software), Computer Science, Software Engineering. You’ll have a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation, effective interpersonal skills and exposure to leadership through extra-curricular activities, but it’s your passion for the energy sector that will make you stand out from the crowd.

You must hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (PR) to be eligible for this opportunity, and be available to start full-time work in February 2022.
