Oren Enterprises Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Experienced Bookkeeper wanted to manage daily bookkeeping and financial maintenance for a boutique event production company. Position is temporarily Part Time, and will be gearing back up to full time this year. Must be fully proficient in Quickbooks for Mac and Excel. Interacts frequently with owner and acts as main conduit between owner and staff for all finance related issues. Excellent organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and confidentially are a MUST, as well as great people skills. At least ten years relevant experience required.

Duties include:

• Balance and maintain books accurately for multiple entities as well as personal family accounting

• Prep weekly balance sheets with current balances in all accounts

• Monitor all office spending and detailed coding relating to jobs costs and profitability

• Weekly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reports.

• Strong understanding of reading and building business financials.

• Tax prep and communication with company accountant

• HR responsibilities including; health insurance administration, employee contract administration.

Pay: $50.00 – $100.00 per hour
