HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Production Team Members are multi-skilled operators responsible for achieving productivity and efficiency in our Manufacturing departments. Team Members play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive quality parts while maintaining a focus on Safety and 5S.

We are seeking multiple Team Members across shifts, and have availability on afternoons, nights, and weekends. Weekends can be part-time or full-time.

THE DETAILS

· Safely operate equipment to meet production requirements and targets.

· Troubleshoot and problem-solve equipment and process issues.

· Perform light maintenance on equipment.

· Use tools for accurate measuring to ensure product quality.

· Participate in all quality, safety, and 5S activities.

· Enter production data into computer applications.

· Team Members may be cross-trained in multiple jobs, and will participate in job rotation programs.

· Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

· Successful completion of a high-school diploma is required.

· Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.

· Previous experience as a machine operator is an asset.

· Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs.

· Basic writing and math skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Individuals with a safety and quality-first mindset.

· Engaged and committed to supporting production needs and supporting a positive and respectful workplace culture.

· Self-motivated and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
