This is a permanent, full time, management service position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Talent Acquisition Support Analyst will provide a wide range of HR services to agency managers, staff, and the public with an internal focus on recruitment, onboarding, supporting compensation functions, affirmative action, and general HR support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Behavior or Development, Business or Public Administration, the Applied Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Relations, or a job-related course of study determined by the appointing authority, OR
Valid Certification as a Professional in Human Resource awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute, and one-year Human Resource experience, OR
Three (3) years Human Resource paraprofessional or technical-level experience.
The State Certified Human Resources Professional (SCHRP) certification, awarded by the Oregon Chief Human Resources Office, substitutes for six months of human resource professional-level experience.
Valid Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional awarded by a nationally recognized organization, substitutes for one year of human resource professional-level experience.

The most competitive candidates will possess the following attributes, experience, and knowledge:

Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as: Workday

Good and clear communication – both written and verbal.

Demonstrated awareness of race and social justice, including the ability to positively influence equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Experience in candidate outreach and sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, etc.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.

A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is Oregon’s housing finance agency. We provide financial and program support to create and preserve opportunities for quality, affordable housing for Oregonians of lower and moderate income.
