What are we looking for?
At ORDE, we are looking for a dynamic People and Culture Assistant who shares our high-performance mindset. The primary purpose of the role is to support the People Director in a very various amount of People and Culture activities and support implementing the People Strategy.
The key accountabilities of this role include:
-Organise induction for new starters and ensure the first 6 months is an amazing experience for each new staff member.
-Promote, coordinate, monitor and manage ing of all Learning and Development activities
-Plan and implement new features from our HRIS (Employment Hero)
-Support with internal communication
-Coordinate our monthly recognition program
-Any ad hoc HR activities as per supporting office manager coordinating internal events, OHS, power point pack
