What are we looking for?
At ORDE, we are looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Officer who shares our high-performance mindset. The primary purpose of the role is to manage and conduct reviews of loan files. The program has been developed to provide assurance that all loans comply with ORDE’s Credit Risk Management Procedures & Lending Guidelines.
The key accountabilities of this role include:
Conduct thorough and systematic reviews of loan files to assess compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in loan files and s.
Collaborate with relevant departments to rectify issues and ensure the quality of loan.
Prepare s summarizing quality assurance results for management.
Provide input and recommendations for process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of loan file reviews.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices in quality assurance.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate staff on quality standards and findings from loan file reviews to assist develop consistent practices across multiple teams.
Conduct the review of impaired files referred from our Customer Assist team.
Record any identified fraud, be a contact for all fraud enquiries from our Credit team and communicate with Credit with any fraud alerts.
Conduct fraud awareness training for key staff.

We are Melbourne based and believe being in the office all together is important, and we think working from home is too: 3 days in the office (Mon-Tues-Thurs), 2 days home.

Why would we choose you?
You have a minimum 3 years credit and lending experience.
You have proven experience in ability to review credit loan files.
You have experience in a non-bank environment (desirable).
You have a relevant financial industry tertiary qualification.
You have comprehensive knowledge of relevant financial industry legislation and regulations (NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy Act).
You have a strong understanding of credit assessment and analysis frameworks.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and senior stakeholders.
You have experience in meeting rigorous SLAs and settlement deadlines.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
You have strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
