We are a family operated 36 places child care centre that has successfully established a well respected and trusted brand in the local community throughout the years.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated director or manager to join our team.

Your Role Requires

• Provide physical care of children and respond to their emotional needs to maintain trust, develop nurturing relationships, guide positive relationships and ensure the dignity and rights of each child are maintained.
• Working with a team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality programs and practices.
• Provide and maintain a supportive environment for children and parents as well as team members
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19

A successful candidate should have:

• Enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in working with children.
• Knowledge of the Early Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Great interpersonal and organisational skills
• Diploma or ECT qualification
