Administrative/customer service position available in a busy, patient-focused, professional oral surgery practice in midtown Toronto.
As a front desk admin team member, you will build relationships with our valued patients and be part of a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy what they do and do it well. We are looking for someone who is a team player, motivated to excel in all areas of life and excited to join a practice of like-minded individuals!
RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:
· Greeting and attending to patients in a courteous and professional manner, experience with customer service regardless of industry
· Handling high volumes of new patient calls
· Scheduling appointments and monitoring the office schedule
· Communicating and building relationships with referring dental offices
· Managing patient treatment plans and coordinating appointments
· Providing estimates to patients and submitting insurance forms
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset, exceptional attention to detail
· A positive outlook and strong time management skills
· Dental assisting skills are an asset but not required, call centre experience also beneficial
This role is best suited to an individual with an appreciation for excellent patient service. We are proud to strive for 11/10 patient service during each and every patient interaction. Being able to handle stressful situations and manage competing priorities is essential. You must have the ability to work as an individual within a team, have a strong personal sense of responsibility and possess clear and developed communication abilities.
