Oracle HR Architect (Oracle EBS/Payroll)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HR Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Oracle HR and Payroll solutions within a large public sector transformation programme.
Project details:
- Role: Oracle HR Architect
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 month contract
- Location: London (Fully remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end architecture across HR and Payroll systems
- Provide technical leadership on Oracle EBS HRMS solutions
- Align business requirements with scalable system design
- Collaborate with functional and technical workstreams
- Ensure governance, standards, and best practices are applied
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in Oracle HRMS (EBS)
- Proven architecture experience across HR & Payroll domains
- Experience working on large, complex transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
