OR Ltd (UK) Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

This varied role will requires excellent communication skills and customer service. The role will cover the following requirements:

• Data Input of new starters/new placements on payroll software
• Processing contractors timesheets and worksheets
• Running contractor pay runs
• Resolving contractors queries
• Investigating pay rate discrepancies, processing rate adjustments where applicable
• Liaising with Consultants, Umbrella companies and Clients when required
• Month end accounting including accruals and prepayments

You must have excellent MS Office skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Full training however will be provided. Previous office based accounting experience is essential.
