We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Partner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, tenacity, flexibility and a decent sense of humour to join our team.

Based at our Macquarie Park Campus, you will play a critical role in helping Optus achieve its aspirational goals by attracting, engaging and onboarding amazing talent.

No two days will be the same in your role as Talent Partner to our Tech, Digital and Data business. You will support your Optus hiring managers by identifying and selecting top talent through bespoke and creative talent attraction and proactive sourcing. You will be the custodian of the end-to-end recruitment process, coaching and influencing Hiring Managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and challenging them to consider a diverse pool of candidates.

You’ll Add Additional Value Through

• Market mapping, industry engagement and proactive sourcing
• Utilising data, insights and analytics to influence our leaders and business
• Acting as a brand advocate for our “soon-to-be-launched” Employment Brand
• Contributing to projects within the team, and across People & Culture, to improve efficiency and experience!
• Crafting an engaging candidate and hiring manager experience!

Its starts with you

• Significant inhouse, agency of RPO recruitment experience across Tech, Data or Digital industries.
• Experience developing attraction and sourcing strategies, with expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Facilitating assessment and selection processes to identify high caliber candidates from entry level to senior leaders.
• Relationship and customer engagement skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation
• Ability to manage high volumes of work, multitasking and dealing conflicting priorities
