We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

About the role:
This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend.
The primary purpose of the Talent Acquisition Partner is to partner with both Senior Leaders and HR Partners to pipeline and recruit top talent, both internal and external, whilst providing an amazing customer experience. This role will identify and manage talent pipelines whilst ensuring the sustainability of our brand in the market to ensure Optus continues to attract the right people for the right role.
As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to deliver best practice recruitment services. This role will act as the subject matter expert with regards to the talent market.
