About the role
We have a 5-month contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to deliver seamless recruitment administration while creating outstanding experiences for our candidates and hiring managers alike. You are naturally organised with a flair for building rapport, allowing you to successfully support and provide high level administration to the Recruiting team.
Key responsibilities
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate solid attention to detail and be a self-motivated collaborator with the ability to work under pressure. In addition, you’ll be comfortable with ambiguity; constantly thinking ahead.
Experience in a similar recruitment or HR coordination role is preferred. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are crucial, as is the ability to collaborate well within a team environment. Prior experience using HR systems such as Service Now or SuccessFactors is an advantage, but not mandatory.
