Be the Voice for Small Businesses

Embark on a pivotal role as a Small Business Specialist at our Fountain Gate store empowering businesses to grow – you’ll be shaping communities. This role will see you Empower, Elevate & Excel.

• Encourage Growth: Work as part of a team in showcasing Optus Business solutions, guiding them towards their full potential (not sure this talks to the role – encouraging growth should be in the context of making money for the business, not developing others)
• Team Harmony: Connect seamlessly with your peers to elevate the customer experience to new heights (this point doesn’t really talk to the day to day of the role – needs some re-work)
• Solutions Architect: You excel in finding creative answers to complex challenges, turning obstacles into opportunities for our customers
