High Impact Senior Leadership Opportunity

Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, you will lead a team of 25 people and be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the Optus talent sourcing and recruitment function which includes early career talent, internal mobility, contingent workers and senior executives. This role is also responsible for our recruitment brand and targeted attraction positioning and campaigns across digital and social media channels, key vendor relationships, key platforms and technology partners.
You will work closely with the Optus Executive Committee and their Senior P&C Business Partners to build strong relationships and deep understanding of each business, their drivers, the competitive landscape and business strategy to ensure that all current and future resource planning needs can be met.
We are looking for an innovative and creative thinker with excellent stakeholder relationship skills to drive the design and development of best-in-class and state-of-the-art solutions within a rapidly evolving talent marketplace, as well as attract and develop strong search, sourcing, and recruitment capability.
