The eCommerce Manager – Business within the eCommerce chapter has direct accountability for the planning and execution of sales journeys across digital touchpoints of our Business segment.

The purpose of this role is to drive eCommerce practices to optimise and grow incremental sales and revenue, understanding customer behaviour to drive consistent and compelling sales and research experiences.

We’re looking for a passionate, resilient and result oriented professional to transform customer experiences through the utilisation of digital technology.

Your day to day will consist of…

• Accountable for the performance of online shop for business and associated revenue
• Sales achievement for Online Sales Webchat for Business by enabling an outstanding experience
• Champion Digital first culture across the broader Optus teams to drive improved customer experience and growth outcomes
• Development and growth of squad members under direct and indirect leadership
• Identify new growth opportunities for Optus Business, ensuring continual growth of the channel and category

What makes you perfect for the role?

• eCommerce and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience in a mid-level sales leadership role
• Proven track record in using insights to identify the key factors that will drive a positive sales outcome
• Sound commercial and forecasting competence with consistent record in managing and working to a budget
• Experience and use of Atlassian Jira, agile work management solutions
• Demonstrated experience in influencing a culture of growth mindset, self-leadership and self-development across the organisation
