Your day in the life of a Strategy & Partnerships Director at Optus

• Implementing a strategic framework and uncover mutually beneficial opportunities, attracting the latest in innovation, products, services or the optimisation of existing products and services.
• Coordinating a dedicated team who develop and drive strategies with leading technology companies globally to differentiate and scale the very best customer solutions, amplifying and accelerating our company vision.
• Define, develop and maintaining multi-year, strategic relationships with Optus’ key partners including creating proactive interlinks within the Singtel group to ensure Optus interests and that of the group are progressed.
• Bring cross industry insight, disruptively challenge the status quo, and deliver fresh opinion to co-ordinate and drive a targeted approach with partners, galvanising Optus to be more valuable than the sum of its parts, extracting maximum value, output and collaboration.
• Collaborate with all Optus business units to bring together activity and initiatives from across the organisation, joining dots and creating leverage to elevate opportunity for partners and Optus alike.

Your Skills To Pay The Bills

• Advanced executive presence and deep experience formulating company strategy
• Developing, maintaining, and maximising strategic partnerships, designing enterprise-wide partnership strategies, and forging commercial relationships to build innovative products and experiences;
• Sound experience influencing across diverse and sophisticated cross-functional environments creating a matrixed approach to achieve desired outcomes;
• Proven SME in developing and maintaining long term partner relationships.
