This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm.

We offer 3-4 weeks of training. The hours during training will be 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

1+ years of experience designing and developing engaging, effective, and large-scale learning programs using successful strategies while applying an agile approach

Experience in project management, planning skills and working on multiple projects at a time

Proven experience with Articulate Storyline 360

Any experience building engaging, effective, online learning courses and tools, and using current and successful strategies within a corporate environment

Experience with incorporating multiple media elements into learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and self-developed graphics

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Knowledge of adult learning principles and needs assessment techniques

Ability to work our normal business hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in conducting learning analysis

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (document access, upload/sharing, storage)

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate

Work samples and/or portfolio submitted with application

Telecommuting Requirements:
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills:
Ability to self-manage projects that are less structured but address complex issues

Can work through ambiguity

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $21.68 – $38.56. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada / New York City residents is $23.94 – $42.40.
