If have an excellent understanding of talent attraction and have managed the end to end recruitment process, join Optivo as an Internal Recruiter.

You’ll work closely alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit for multiple divisions of the business, using a direct sourcing approach. You will be effective at building relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, and are able to proactively engage with potential candidates.

You’ll proactively use recruiter tools such as LinkedIn to identify potential talent for a range of roles. You’ll work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to understand the ideal candidate and then find them in the open market.

You will also collaborate closely with the wider team to report on key recruitment metrics, and support project work on developing our offer to candidates and on-boarding, as well as championing diversity and inclusion in recruitment.

What you’ll need

You will have a good knowledge of recruitment practice that you may have picked up from experience working in-house or as an agency recruiter. You’ll understand searching and sourcing techniques, including Boolean string searches, and how to identify potential talent from a CV.

You have strong influencing and negotiating skills, and are great at building strong and effective working relationships rapidly with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You also have strong time management and able to deliver well under pressure. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver well written advert copy.
