We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time
