Option Institute Hiring for Webmaster Job at Remote Full Time

Overall responsibility:
The Webmaster is responsible for, but not limited to, monitoring, improving, overseeing SEO and Google Analytics performance of all active websites, coordinating websites and managing published online content. The webmaster is also responsible for the implementation of web forms to import of data to the organization’s CRM Database, setting up various tracking tags, and integrating 3rd party services with our websites.

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain various web forms for data collection (HTML, JS, CSS, and PHP coding experience required)
• Identify and implement innovative SEO Strategies including: optimize web content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engine – includes HTML, site structure as well as page layout and navigation consideration
• Using Google Analytics, AdWords and other tools, monitor and report on monthly PPC campaigns and Traffic/Usage analysis. Prepare monthly website traffic reports for our various websites. Make informed SEO suggestions based on information analysis to refine keyword strategies and SEO strategies.

• In Bound links development from relevant sites and directories
• Use existing naming conventions (URL structure, file names) and linking conventions of web pages, images and multimedia files
• Create, test and track landing pages including page optimization and effective conversion strategies to create web contacts, call requests, and program registrations.
• Manage and implement online advertising and branding campaigns to maximize conversions and brand visibility.
• Perform content proof-reading and updates.
• Implementation of WP plugins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, master’s degree is a plus, or equivalent in related professional experience
• Strong understanding and experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AMP

• Strong understanding and experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• Strong understanding and experience with Wordpress and ecommerce platforms (like woocommerce and open cart)
• 2 years SEO experience minimum.
• Solid experience using Google Analytics
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with a CRM is a plus
• Excellent Communication and other interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with MailGun, and other email services helpful

· Exceptional time-management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
