Seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our Team

Job Duties:

• Contact debtors to collect past due payments
• Research and resolve disputes
• Build rapport with debtors
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
