The Role:
As a Sales Support Manager you will lead all the processes related to selling our services. The position s to the Head of Sales and will be a key interface to the industry in many circumstances. Those processes include:
- Bid, proposal and campaign management
- Contracting and commercial negotiations
- Customer management when a Sales Executive is not involved.
- Sales order management through closing process
- Creating and contracting partnership
- Order management
While this is a hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to work remote primarily.
Responsibilities:
- Manage related processes and documentation – contracts, proposals, pricing tables and sales orders.
Lead a team of sales support professionals to provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the sales team
Develop and implement sales support processes and procedures
Collaborate and partner with internal teams to execute sales strategies and solutions
Analyze data, prepare and distribute various sales and customer ing
Coordinate and manage customer and sales events
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience particularly in customer and order management.
- Strong ability to effectively build and lead teams, ability to create and maintain strong morale and positive spirit in a team.
- Experience compiling spreadsheets from significant amounts of data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
