We are currently seeking a Patient Support Coordinator to join our growing team in Scottsdale! The ideal Patient Support Coordinator will be expected to balance tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Support Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily follow-up communications with new and established patients.
• Monitor and respond to patient feedback in real time to improve the overall patient experience.
• Track and monitor patient complaints through final resolution.
• Develop patient experience s to be shared with upper management.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to the Regional and Office Managers.
• Celebrate patient compliments with the team.
• Complete volume ing to be shared with management.
• Pull charts in accordance with insurance organizations request.
• Monitor phone volume and accordingly.
• Assist other departments with patient needs as they come up.
• Run ECW s as needed.
• Monitor the schedule to assure patients are scheduled correctly.
• Complete daily audits (Phones- Text).

Patient Support Coordinator Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a Customer Service role required.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare required.
• Complete understanding of HIPAA and PHI policies.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of patient calls with superb phone skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and time oriented.
• Team player.
