Optima Financials Hiring for Loan Processor Job at Remote Full Time
Mortgage Loan Processor
We are looking for a senior Loan Processer to help us with processing mortgage loans from start to finish independently. Compensation will be based on the number of files handled independently and our compensation is much higher than the market standards.
*Minimum 3 years’ experience required*
Responsibilities
- Acquiring necessary documentation from client
- Run client’s credit report and run AUS
- Send disclosures to clients & send file to underwriting
- Satisfy underwriter conditions
- Keep borrower informed on daily basis with the progress of the loan
- Coordinate with title company for closing
- Close loan in efficient manner without delays
Skills
- Good working experience in mortgage industry required
- Proactive- won’t wait for instructions and will operate fairly independently
- Excellent communication skills for keeping clients informed
- Customer satisfaction orientation and a results driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
