Lockheed Martin UK – Rotary and Mission Systems is one of the four business areas operating in-country and provides systems engineering, software development, complex programme management and systems integration for advanced platform integration, electronic warfare, training and logistics systems and cyber solutions for military and civil customers. It is this part of the business that is looking for Lead Systems Engineers to join our talented team.
As part of this vital role you will work within the Project Engineering Team on the development of novel capability in the CEMA and Land Electronic Warfare domains. Reporting to the CEMA Architect and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a central role in Systems Engineering activity for complex design and delivery programmes within the project framework. This role will require a high degree of customer engagement at all levels, along with the ability to lead and mentor other Systems Engineers during the system definition phase.
