Opt Tech LLC Hiring for Accounting Operations Manager Job at Remote Full Time

Opt Tech, LLC is a value-added re-seller of IT solutions and services. Founded in 2008 in San Diego, CA, we provide the experience and expertise to find the right solution for our customer’s IT infrastructure.

We are looking for an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. This position reports directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accounting daily operations (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable)
• Oversees sales tax, VAT and GST filings
• Manages Finance Assistant
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations
• Assists CFO with banking requirements, projects and reporting
• Manages yearly audits for subsidiaries and assists with US audits and corporate tax filings
• Prepares financials statements
• Provides various support to Sales Reps, Professional Services Team, Partner Manager and Operations Manager

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• US work authorization
• Must be located in Los Angeles County, CA
• CPA or path to become a CPA
• 8 plus years of Accounting and Finance experience
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Pivot Tables
• Must be able to work in a remote office environment
• Experience with a high volume of transactions.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be deadline-oriented, have strong time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
