Job Title: OPN Traveling Account Manager

Work Location: OPN Healthcare Office and Remote

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The OPN account manager will be expected to be knowledgeable about OPN and the programs that are offered to prospective and current clients. Some general Oncology and Healthcare management knowledge is required. You will be expected to work collaboratively with different teams/managers of OPN and thoroughly understand all programs. This position requires travel to interact with current and prospective clients out-of-state. The account manager must demonstrate strong capability in the following areas:

• Business Planning & Account Leadership- Ability to use data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactic, and monitor progress of new and existing clients.
• Expanding OPN services- Deliver messages in a clear and compelling way to clients, effectively address client needs and include clinical team as needed.
• Gather and validate key trends and dynamics in the market, map account linkages, and apply findings to discover and prioritize unique opportunities.
• Healthcare Management – Consistently demonstrate the ability to stay informed on changes within Oncology healthcare management. Utilize deep understanding of Medicare payer landscape in addition to other payer channels including Medicaid and Commercial.

• Proficient with Microsoft, Excel, Word, and related software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with patient medical information
• Self-starter, with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
• Driving and flying out-of-state is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2 + years of Oncology pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or related healthcare experience.

Physical Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
