Job Title: Operations Intern – Chess Project

Role Overview

Airlearn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the Chess learning project. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with educators, and ensuring smooth execution of classes, tests, and student engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

• Support the end-to-end execution of Chess courses, tests, and learning programs
• Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of sessions

Student Operations

• Manage student queries and provide timely support
• Track student participation, attendance, and engagement
• Follow up with enrolled users to ensure test/course completion

Educator Coordination

• Work closely with chess educators to manage sessions and content rollout
• Assist in communication between educators and students

Data & Tracking

• Maintain trackers for enrollments, attendance, and performance
• Identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements

Process Management

• Ensure smooth backend operations and resolve issues quickly
• Help streamline workflows for better efficiency

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in chess or edtech is a plus
