• Analyze the recruitment/talent needs of the organization – including employee hiring forecast
• Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
• Present and maintain recruiting budget
• Create candidate database
• Create a training program to ensure resource sustainability/viability
• Automate requisition process
• Monitor turnover/retention (ADP Workforce)
• Create a social media presence
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
• Implement the use of ATS (Workforce Now)
• Update JD’s (content & format)
• Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities

• Bachelor’s degree HR, Business or related field – or 5 years of overall recruiting experience – with at least 1 year in a corporate recruiting role
• Experience recruiting in a corporate environment
• Experience with high volume recruiting
• Understanding of ATS
• Understands the recruitment life cycle
