Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle which includes the creation of job descriptions (collaboration with department executives), sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This person will be responsible for analyzing our current recruitment process and presenting recommendations to company executives. Implementing a plan to automate the recruiting process as well as create a candidate database. They will be expected to create a career presence through social media and will be required to design and facilitate career fairs, networking groups and establish relationships with college placement (alumni) departments.
Essential Job duties

Analyze the recruitment/talent needs of the organization – including employee hiring forecast

Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy

Present and maintain recruiting budget

Create candidate database

Create a training program to ensure resource sustainability/viability

Automate requisition process

Monitor turnover/retention (ADP Workforce)

Create a social media presence
-
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Implement the use of ATS (Workforce Now)

Update JD’s (content & format)
-
Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities
Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree HR, Business or related field – or 5 years of overall recruiting experience – with at least 1 year in a corporate recruiting role

Experience recruiting in a corporate environment

Experience with high volume recruiting

Understanding of ATS

Understands the recruitment life cycle
