As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at The Openwork Partnership, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, to support the day-to-day delivery of a best-in-class recruitment service. The team work very closely with the wider HR team, so it is essential that you are a strong team player and can work collaboratively. You will be responsible for supporting the team with the delivery of a fantastic service to our hiring managers and candidates, you will also have the opportunity to develop in the role and manage your own vacancies.

In addition, you will get the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects and support the wider HR team with ad-hoc project-based activities, giving you a varied and interesting workload.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in the management of current vacancies.
• Coordinating the regular Talent Acquisition activities such as interviews, assessments, and diaries.
• Driving greater internal and direct candidate attraction at every opportunity.
• Ensuring internal stakeholders receive an exceptional service throughout the hiring process, one that adds genuine value.
• Delivering a memorable candidate experience at every touchpoint, acting as a true ambassador of our brand.
• Managing volume/ junior vacancies end-to-end, taking detailed briefings from hiring managers, sourcing high quality candidates, scheduling interviews, managing offers and delivering candidate feedback.
• Helping to build talent pools for the future, helping us shift to becoming a more proactive Talent Acquisition function.
• Supporting and understanding the workings of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), championing improvements wherever possible and developing reporting capability.
• Providing support with a range of projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition function. These include activities related to employer brand & EVP, assessment & selection, and the establishment of Early Talent programmes.
