About the Job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has a passion for strategy, testing, and analytics. This role calls for an individual who is a strategic problem solver, innovative thinker, and data enthusiast. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with marketing managers to execute email and social channel efforts that drive awareness, lead acquisition, lead conversion, and customer retention. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in using marketing automation platforms and social media channels to build and deploy lead generation campaigns and nurture programs, good project management skills and a strong attention to detail.

Performance Objectives:

• Audit, optimize, and manage emails and nurture sequences – In your first 30 days, you will complete an audit of our existing list emails and nurture sequences within Pardot. You will provide recommendations for new email templates, customization of existing templates, and work to develop our always-on nurture sequence strategy. You will continue to manage all emails and nurture sequences from the Pardot platform.
• Audit, optimize, and manage organic & paid social media campaigns – In your first 30 days, you will complete an audit of our current organic and paid social media campaigns. You will provide recommendations for new social media advertising mediums and work to develop our organic & paid social media strategy. You will continue to manage all social postings & scheduling within our Hootsuite social media management platform, and drive engagement through our social channels via real-time responses.
• Develop and optimize email marketing and social media A/B testing – In your first 30 days, you will review previous A/B testing efforts, and build a strategy for future testing that will drive clicks and conversions for our email and social channels . You will actively monitor, analyze, and on the health of our email and social channels.

Performance Driven: We’re looking for self-starters with a track record of delivering excellent results, but we’re highly selective about who we hire. We don’t focus on typical job requirements, instead, we’re interested in specific examples from your past experiences. All positions can be based anywhere in the US, and require up to 15 days of travel per year, with senior management and leadership teams requiring up to 35 days.
