**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Handling Correspondence:** Sort and distribute mail and emails, ensuring that important information reaches the right person promptly.
– **Maintaining Records:** Keep records of visitors, appointments, and other important documents in an organized manner.
– **Providing General Information:** Assist visitors and clients by providing them with information about the company and its services.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have completed their 12th grade. We prefer someone who is a quick learner, reliable, and possesses good communication skills. A friendly demeanor and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Familiarity with office software and a basic understanding of administrative tasks will be beneficial.
