Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Construction Labour in Kalbadevi, Mumbai. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with little to no experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Site Preparation**: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and materials, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
2. **Material Handling**: Carry and load materials to and from the site, supporting skilled workers and ensuring they have the necessary supplies for various projects.
3. **Assisting Tradespeople**: Work alongside carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers, helping with tasks as required to keep projects on schedule.
4. **Operating Basic Tools**: Use basic hand tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced team members, learning to operate machinery safely and effectively.
5. **Following Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors. Good physical fitness is essential, as the job involves lifting and moving heavy materials. Reliability and punctuality are crucial, as is the ability to work effectively within a team. A positive attitude and a commitment to safety will contribute to a successful career in construction.
