Key Responsibilities:
1. **Passenger Assistance**: Welcome and guide passengers throughout the airport, helping them with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling to ensure a positive travel experience.
2. **Safety and Security**: Assist in maintaining safety protocols by checking passenger identification and luggage, ensuring compliance with all security regulations.
3. **Customer Service**: Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues, providing timely information and support to enhance their overall experience at the airport.
4. **Coordination**: Work closely with airline staff, ground services, and security teams to ensure efficient operations and timely departures, maintaining communication with various departments.
5. **Documentation**: Help with the preparation and processing of necessary paperwork, including boarding passes and baggage claims, ensuring all information is accurate.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess a completed 12th-grade education. Good communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. A friendly and approachable attitude is necessary for dealing with diverse passengers. Basic computer skills are a plus. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
