We are looking for enthusiastic Airport Ground Staff in Kolkata to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service at the airport. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Check-In Assistance**: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring their luggage is tagged properly and they receive boarding passes. You will guide them through the necessary procedures to ensure a smooth start to their journey.
2. **Customer Service**: Provide assistance to passengers with inquiries, direct them to the appropriate facilities, and address any concerns they may have. Your friendly demeanor will be vital in making their travel experience pleasant.
3. **Luggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage onto and off of aircraft, ensuring all items are handled safely and efficiently. This involves coordinating with other ground staff to minimize delays.
4. **Safety Protocols**: Ensure that safety guidelines and regulations are strictly followed at all times. You will help maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and team members. Attention to detail is important, as you will be handling baggage and assisting travelers with various needs. A positive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role. Previous experience is not necessary; however, a passion for customer service is highly valued.
