Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales professional to join our team in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time position requires working from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
2. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
3. **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
4. **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
5. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. A solid understanding of sales techniques and market trends is essential. Candidates should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
