Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata, India. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively promote our brand and engage with customers in a variety of is mandatory
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential customers and assess market trends. This helps in understanding customer needs and preferences.
2. **Promotional Activities**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote our products. You will directly engage with customers to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes addressing customer inquiries and gathering feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. **Reporting**: Collect and report data on sales and customer interactions. This information will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and to make informed business decisions.
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 4 years of experience in field marketing. A 12th-grade education is required. Candidates must be male due to team requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates should possess a positive attitude and be adaptable to changing environments. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for marketing will be key to achieving success in this position.
