Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Counter Staff in Mankapur Nagpur to provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and be a graduate. This full-time position requires working from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, answer their queries, and ensure a positive experience.
2. Order Processing: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring that all items are prepared and delivered as requested.
3. Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions confidently and securely, including handling payments and providing change correctly.
4. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, restock items as needed, and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
5. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. You must be approachable, energetic, and able to handle customer inquiries with patience. Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities is important for success in this role.
