Draft, vet, and negotiate project contracts (., EPC, joint ventures, subcontracts, and tenders).

2. Regulatory Compliance-

Ensure adherence to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), the Indian Contract Act, and local municipal bye-laws.

Handle statutory approvals, environmental clearances, and land-use regulations.

Facilitate conveyance, title verification, and registration of properties.

3. Dispute Resolution & Litigation-

Represent clients in alternate dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration.

Handle claims related to cost overruns, project delays, defective work, and force majeure events.

Defend builder/contractor interests before specialized forums (., NCDRC, State/National RERA Tribunals).

4. Project Advisory & Risk Management-

Advise project managers on handling change orders, termination clauses, and liquidated damages.

Review occupational health and safety protocols to limit liability for workplace injuries.

• Sound knowledge of all industry specific contracts, regulations, and procedures.
