We are looking for a motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 2 years of experience and will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and driving sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
– **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through research and outreach.
– **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately input and maintain important client data in our systems to ensure information is up-to-date.
– **Report Preparation:** Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate progress and performance metrics to management.
– **Follow-up Communication:** Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns they may have.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and information.
– Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices is an advantage.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software is desired.
– Must be female, as this position has been specifically designated for female candidates.
