Opendorse is proud of its decade of experience helping athletes understand, build, protect, and monetize their brand. We are excited for the Program Manager – NIL Education to help take our programs to the next level, continuing to lead the way in the athlete marketing and endorsement industry.

The NIL Education Program Manager will work closely with the Director of NIL Education to play a critical role in developing and delivering data-driven educational programming to Opendorse’s hundreds of partners, thousands of users, and millions of others who depend on the company’s leadership in the NIL industry.

CORE FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and continually evolve an engaging and nimble NIL education curriculum to be experienced by all users of the Opendorse platform

Use data, best practices, and first-hand experience to ensure Opendorse’s educational content remains fresh and elite

Lead and facilitate NIL education sessions with athletes, coaches, support staff, professors, and administrators

Write educational articles, blog posts, and other resources to help users and partners stay up to date on NIL trends and best practices

Constantly learn and grow NIL knowledge, generate new ideas, and create content for all Opendorse platforms

Engage with Opendorse partners daily to manage their account and progression through the education components

Manage operational responsibilities required for programs to run smoothly and efficiently

Schedule NIL Masterclass guest speakers, conduct interviews, lead roundtables, and create corresponding content (video, podcasts, etc.)

Help track usage of education module on the platform

Maintain deep knowledge of Opendorse products, and communicate value proposition to users

Serve as a thought-leader in the athlete personal branding and NIL space, representing Opendorse to existing and potential partners

Background in collegiate and/or professional athletics and marketing

Proven experience building a personal brand

Passion for learning and desire to be subject matter expert in NIL

A highly effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator

Excellent writing and editing skills, plus attention to detail
