Our methodology focuses on long-term partnerships between physicians and hospitals through a free market system, ensuring that all parties benefit. Hospitals utilize OSMD’s marketplace to staff their service lines in a budget-neutral way, while physicians and mid-level providers maximize their income through our framework. OSMD currently has 60 physicians; hospitalists being the majority of OSMD’s core business. OSMD is poised for rapid growth in Florida, Louisiana, and Arkansas. OSMD has proven to make hospitals profitable while significantly increasing the income of our physicians. OSMD is a small company with no debt and generates approximately 1.3M in annual revenue. With the right leadership, OSMD’s growth potential can reach 2-5M in annual revenue with an annual profit of 1.5-2M within the next 1-2 years. The COO will see significant growth within OSMD and the hospitals OSMD partners with as OSMD sees success.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Open Source MD, Inc. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including business planning, operations management, marketing, physician boarding, logistics, finance, and budgeting. The COO will work closely with physicians, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of the organization.
