Job Requirements For Success:

• Ability to have a conversation using listening skills – must be able to communicate and not afraid to ask for the sale
• Strong conviction for credit card asks
• Ability to build instant rapport with callers
• Basic understanding of homeless situations
• Outgoing, motivated and excellent communication skills
• Computer, internet access and headphones, quite work area
• Available to work during normal business hours within the FCC guidelines

Fundraiser earnings at Open Air Residents are unlimited, uncapped commissions at 25% on all fulfilled donations. For instance, fundraisers raising $1300 daily earning $325 per day, $1625 per week. $84,500 annually = $40.62 per hour

Fundraisers that raise an average of $1000 per day in donations earn $1250 weekly in commission. $65,000 annually

Fundraisers that raise an average of $1300 per day in donations earn $1625 weekly in commission. $84,500 annually

Fundraisers that raise an average of $2000 per day in donations earn $2500 weekly in commission. $130,000 annually
