Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

· Manage all incoming customer calls and emails

· Place customer orders through point-of-sale system

· Respond to customer voicemails and emails daily

· Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships through business

· Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide solutions through incoming calls, emails, and follow ups

· Notate all customer interactions through multiple online interfaces

· Provide accurate and realistic expectations in a fast paced environment

· Follow communication procedures and guidelines

· Deal with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner

How to succeed with OPE

· Ability to work with others and communicate in a team setting

· Attention to details and the ability to multitask

· Previous experience with Microsoft and Windows

· Experience navigating a point of sale order system

· Telephone sales or customer service via telephone

· Ability to manage large workload through time management and organization

· 1 or more years of customer service experience

· Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent

· Knowledge in small engines or outdoor power equipment

· Ability to pass a drug test and background check

· Ability to remain calm and professional during all customer interactions
