OPAS Mobile Hiring for Part Time Customer Success Agent (English/French) at St. John’s, NL Full Time

OPAS Mobile is a St. John’s-based software company founded in 2021 that helps commercial/industrial service providers grow their businesses by improving safety, automating operations and increasing productivity. This is an exciting time in our growth as we grow to 10,000 users over the next 16 months, with no two days the same!

We’re seeking a part-time customer success representative to join our team. You will be responsible for onboarding new users and responding to support requests in both english and french. Billingual students are encouraged to apply – this is a flexible, results-oriented role that doesn’t mandate a normal 9-5 schedule.

The Role:

• Onboard new users, taking them through system setup and user training as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Responding to user inquiries and support requests by email, chat and phone
• Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing and development teams to identify issues and opportunities.
• Contribute to product testing
• Contribute to the development of user guides and related documentation

Must Haves:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
• Fluent in english and french with the ability to speak, read and write at a professional level (mandatory)
• Eligible for federal and provincial employment funding and the ability to work without sponsorship (mandatory)

Nice to Haves:

• General understanding of, or past experience in the construction or industrial maintenance industry
• General understanding of support ticketing systems
• Based in St. John’s, NL area
